Narrative of Services:

I work with a large behavioral healthcare organization which serves all ages and addresses a variety of mental health concerns. About 75% of my caseload is focused on anxiety, OCD, and OCD related disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I routinely treat OCD that co-occurs with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, ASD, and ADHD. Treatment begins with a thorough assessment to clarify diagnoses and identify factors that interfere with ERP. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) remains the primary treatment for OCD while co-occurring conditions are addressed in an integrated manner using evidence-based interventions. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my interventions. When appropriate, I collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers to coordinate care and support optimal treatment outcomes.
