Narrative of Services:

F10 Psychiatry provides California telehealth psychiatric evaluation and careful medication management for OCD, including children and adolescents ages 6–17 and adults. A parent or legal guardian initiates care for patients under 18. F10 also treats ADHD and anxiety and offers individual CBT for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. F10 does not provide family therapy. When ERP, school support, or a higher level of care is indicated, I coordinate or refer rather than represent medication management or general CBT as a replacement.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Co-occurring ADHD and anxiety are evaluated within the same psychiatric assessment. Treatment may include careful medication management and, when clinically appropriate, individual CBT for anxiety or ADHD. I separate diagnostic questions, functional targets, medication response, and therapy goals rather than assuming one condition explains every symptom. When ERP or another specialist service is indicated, I coordinate or refer.

Training Description:

Yale and Johns Hopkins trained. Before founding F10 Psychiatry, I spent three years working in child and adolescent psychiatry under medical leadership. My clinical focus includes ADHD, OCD, and anxiety in children and adolescents, along with high-functioning adult ADHD. This is prior experience, not current supervision.

Diversity Statement:

Clinical experience includes work with veterans and their families. I do not hold a formal certification in veteran-specific care. F10 is an LGBTQIA+-affirming practice serving children, adolescents, and adults across California via telehealth.
