Narrative of Services:

I specialize in OCD treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and provide virtual telehealth throughout California. A graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), I treat harm OCD, suicide OCD, scrupulosity, sexual themes, relationship-related OCD, “Just Right” OCD, Pure O, as well as other taboo or distressing obsessional themes.

I use collaborative, individualized ERP and may integrate ACT and DBT and I have provided ERP via telehealth platforms for the past several years.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I also work with clients experiencing co-occurring depression, generalized anxiety, and trauma histories. When clinically appropriate, I integrate DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, values-based action, and engagement in OCD treatment.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of behavioral health experience and a Master of Social Welfare from UC Berkeley. My clinical background includes extensive OCD work in county behavioral health, where I currently serve as a clinical resource for OCD, facilitate an OCD-specific ERP group, and provide consultation and training to clinicians. This county work is separate from my private practice and is not affiliated with or representative of this listing. I also provide couples therapy as a separate area of practice using the Gottman Method.

Diversity Statement:

I value working with clients from diverse cultural, racial, socioeconomic, gender, sexual, and linguistic backgrounds. My county behavioral health experience includes providing ERP with interpreter support and working with clients across a wide range of identities, cultures, and life circumstances. I strive to provide care that is respectful, culturally responsive, and attentive to each client’s needs.
