Narrative of Services:
We provide outpatient mental health counseling through a client-centered, collaborative approach. Services include individual counseling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD and obsessive-compulsive related disorders, life transitions, stress, and other mental health concerns.
Training Description:
I am currently completing training and developing specialized knowledge in the assessment and treatment of OCD and related disorders. While I am early in my clinical career and have limited direct experience treating OCD, I am committed to ongoing education, appropriate supervision, and evidence-based practices when working with clients experiencing OCD and related disorders.
