Narrative of Services:

Anna Wiebold, LPC, provides individual outpatient psychotherapy for adolescents and adults addressing OCD, scrupulosity, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and other concerns. Approximately 40–50% of her current practice consists of individuals with OCD and related concerns, including intrusive thoughts and scrupulosity. She provides individualized treatment using evidence-based approaches, including ERP and CBT, while addressing co-occurring concerns that may affect recovery. Her approach considers the whole person, including each client’s values, relationships, and goals. As a Catholic therapist, she also offers integration of Christian faith into treatment for clients who desire it.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

When OCD co-occurs with anxiety, ADHD, or mood disorders, I take an integrated approach that addresses the interaction between these concerns while keeping OCD-specific treatment at the center of care. I assess how co-occurring symptoms may contribute to or complicate the OCD cycle and tailor treatment accordingly. Treatment may include ERP and other evidence-based interventions for OCD, along with strategies targeting anxiety, attention and executive functioning, mood regulation, and behavioral patterns that may interfere with recovery. I work collaboratively with clients to prioritize treatment targets, build skills, and address co-occurring concerns in a coordinated manner.
