Chicago OCD & Trauma Therapy specializes in treating OCD & anxiety-related disorders, with approximately 95% of clients presenting with OCD. 100% of individuals served have an anxiety-related disorder, many with co-occurring trauma and/or perinatal mental health concerns.

I work with individuals navigating co-occurring OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and perinatal mental health concerns. My treatment structure integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrative trauma approaches.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician with specialized training in OCD and related anxiety disorders. My clinical foundation includes an internship at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital in their OCD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). I subsequently worked at Compass Health Center in their specialized OCD and Complex Anxiety PHP/IOP programs. In addition, I have worked in private practices specializing in OCD and related disorders. I have received specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for OCD.

Postpartum OCD Support Group
A compassionate space for parents experiencing postpartum OCD to share at your own pace, feel less alone, and connect with others who understand.
