Narrative of Services:
Majority of our work at Grey Havens (about 85%) is focused on the treatment of OCD and related conditions (e.g., hair pulling, skin picking, phobias). We also frequently treat comorbid conditions such as Generalized Anxiety, Major Depression, and PTSD. I also work with co-occurring disordered eating. I accept Aetna (in Florida only), my private pay rate if you do not use insurance is $140/hr. I am supervised by Dr. Jacob Schlierf, PsyD.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
For a primary presentation of OCD, I address the OCD symptoms using ERP. I address other symptomatology as it emerges within the context of OCD treatment and focus on an individualized plan for each client.
Training Description:
I am a postdoctoral fellow at an OCD focused practice with over a decade in psychological education and training. I’ve been conducting assessments and therapy for OCD and other disorders as a supervised trainee for the past 5 years. I’m currently supervised by an OCD specialist, Dr. Jacob Schlierf.
Treatment Groups:
Frequently facilitate OCD treatment/support groups that run for 8-10 weeks at a time.
