I provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals with OCD and related anxiety concerns. A significant portion of my clinical work includes treating OCD using ERP, with treatment tailored to each client’s symptoms, values, and goals.
I treat OCD that co-occurs with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms. Treatment is individualized based on presenting concerns, level of impairment, and client goals. ERP remains the primary evidence-based intervention for OCD, while I integrate CBT, ACT, EMDR, and other appropriate interventions to address co-occurring symptoms.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with approximately seven years of clinical experiences. I have attended specialize training in the assessment and treatment of OCD, including the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, with a focus on Exposure and Response Prevention. My Additional training includes CBT, ACT, and EMDR. I continue to pursue ongoing education and consultation related to OCD and anxiety disorders to support evidence-based, individualized treatment.
I strive to provide culturally responsive, affirming, and individualized care to clients from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. My clinical work has included serving diverse populations across differences in ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender identify, sexual orientation, religion, family structure, and geographic location. I approach treatment with cultural humility and recognize the ways that identify, access to resources, family systems, and lived experiences may influence mental health and treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure that care is respectful, inclusive, and responsive to their individual values and needs.
