Nadeem Momenzadeh, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
I focus on treating Anxiety & OCD in teenagers and adults utilizing evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) treatments including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), Unified Protocol (UP), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
My clinical focus in OCD and anxiety spectrum disorders is grounded in training in evidence-based modalities. I completed a 27-hour intensive course in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute, specialized 2.25-hour training on Working with Shame in OCD through the IOCDF, and dedicated OCD clinical workshops. Additional advanced training includes Process-Based Therapy & ACT (CAMH), Compassion-Focused CBT (PsychWire), Prolonged Exposure, and the Unified Protocol. My practice integrates ERP, ACT, and third-wave CBT approaches for tailored, compassionate care.
