Narrative of Services:

At Memon Psychiatric Services, I provide personalized psychiatric care for adolescents and adults living with OCD and co-occurring conditions. My approach combines thorough assessment, thoughtful medication management, and attentive, ongoing collaborative care. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to discuss intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and their impact on your life—including experiences that feel difficult to share.

To support comprehensive, evidence-based care, I actively coordinate with other clinicians to ensure our pharmacological and behavioral interventions reinforce one another. For complex or treatment-resistant OCD, I also evaluate and guide evidence-based interventional options—such as augmentation strategies, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to help build a cohesive, tailored treatment plan.

In-person appointments are currently available in Short Hills, New Jersey, along with telepsychiatry options throughout New Jersey and New York.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat OCD alongside ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep difficulties, and other co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment begins with a comprehensive psychiatric assessment to understand how these conditions interact and affect daily life. Together, we develop an individualized plan incorporating thoughtful medication management, psychoeducation, and practical behavioral strategies supporting functioning and well-being. Follow-up visits allow time to assess progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment. With consent, I collaborate with other treatment providers, as needed, to support coordinated care that reflects each patient’s priorities, functioning, and quality of life.

Training Description:

I am a dual board-certified psychiatrist. I provide personalized care for individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD. My role centers on precise diagnostic clarification, individualized medication management, and thoughtful ongoing psychiatric care.

I believe psychiatric treatment works best when it is integrated. I collaborate closely with other clinicians involved in patient care to ensure our medication plan directly supports individuals’ therapeutic work and broader care needs.
