I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Henderson, Nevada, specializing in OCD and anxiety treatment. I offer OCD therapy for clients 18+ (I do not accept insurance). I began taking a specialized interest in OCD in 2023. I have been trained in ERP, and am currently learning I-CBT. Although only about 25% of my practice is OCD clients, OCD is my preferred area of clinical focus!

Many of my clients experience co-occurring anxiety and/or depression alongside OCD. I do my best to assess the severity of my client’s symptoms, determine which symptoms are most impairing, explore how the conditions interact (does my client’s OCD contributes to depression or whether depression is independent of OCD), and then structure therapy accordingly. I primarily treat co-occurring symptoms from a CBT lens.

I have been providing specialized OCD treatment for three years. My training includes local professional training in Las Vegas and educational opportunities through IOCDF. I have also invested in both individual and group supervision. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and am currently learning Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT).
