Mindful Way Healing LLC provides individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and related mental health concerns. Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. I have completed the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) intensive training in OCD treatment. My approach emphasizes collaborative treatment planning, cultural humility, and compassionate, person-centered care. Services are available via telehealth across multiple states, with in-person services where available.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience treating OCD, anxiety, trauma, and related conditions. I attended the International OCD Foundation’s 20-hour Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in October 2026. I have completed the intensive training component but have not yet completed the required follow-up consultation calls. I have also attended IOCDF educational workshops addressing OCD presentations, comorbid conditions, reassurance-seeking, and treatment challenges. My additional training includes CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR. I am committed to ongoing professional development, clinical consultation, and evidence-based treatment.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to providing culturally responsive, inclusive, and affirming mental health care. My clinical approach emphasizes cultural humility, respect for individual identities, and recognition of how lived experiences, systemic inequities, and social contexts influence mental health. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment for individuals of diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, socioeconomic, gender, and sexual identities. I recognize that cultural competence is an ongoing process requiring self-reflection, continued education, and openness to learning from clients. Treatment is individualized to honor each person’s values, experiences, and needs.
