Narrative of Services:

My practice offers individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing OCD and related concerns, with a focus on evidence-based, compassionate care. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and integrate CBT, ACT, DBT and Mindful Self-Compassion based on each client’s needs. I also treat co-occurring conditions, including anxiety disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I work with individuals experiencing OCD alongside co-occurring concerns, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I integrate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, ACT, DBT, and Mindful Self-Compassion to help clients navigate symptoms, build healthier coping strategies, and create a more meaningful life. Treatment addresses both OCD and co-occurring concerns, with an emphasis on self-compassion and psychological flexibility.

Training Description:

I specialize in the treatment of OCD and have extensive experience providing evidence-based care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. My clinical approach is informed by ongoing professional training, consultation, and continued learning in OCD treatment. I integrate ERP with other evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, and DBT, to address OCD and co-occurring concerns. I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that helps clients reduce symptoms, approach uncertainty, and build meaningful lives beyond OCD.

Diversity Statement:

My approach to therapy is grounded in cultural humility, ongoing self-reflection, and a commitment to understanding each client’s unique cultural background, identities, and lived experiences. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood. I recognize how culture, family dynamics, systemic barriers, and intersecting identities can shape mental health and access to care. I tailor treatment to each individual’s values, needs, and goals, while continuing to deepen my cultural competency through ongoing learning, consultation, and professional development.
