Open To: Family members and loved ones of people with OCD: parents, partners, spouses, family, friends, and all supporters. Therapists without OCD training welcome.
Fee: $45 per session, or $35/month to subscribe to every month. Therapists in training attend free.

Description:
Loving someone with OCD is hard, and a lot of what feels helpful in the moment can make OCD stronger. Bearings is a monthly online forum for parents, partners, family, friends, and all supporters of someone with OCD. Each session opens with a short teaching segment on OCD and ERP led by OCD specialist Lukas Snear, LPC, then open Q&A. Cameras optional, first names only. Your loved one doesn’t need to be an Azimuth client. Educational forum, not group therapy or a substitute for treatment.
