I have experience treating a variety of OCD types, including harm, contamination, scrupulosity, moral, and P-OCD. The majority of my practice is dedicated to treating OCD and related disorders. I also have extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders and borderline personality disorder.
I also have specialty training in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and borderline personality disorder. For those with co-occurring disorders and symptoms, I integrate other evidence-based treatments into therapy, such as dialectical behavior therapy. During our consultation and assessment, we will discuss your options for treatment that best fit your symptoms and goals for therapy.
I received my PhD from the University of Louisville in 2024 and completed my psychology residency at the Charleston Area Medical Center in West Virginia. My post-doctoral training focused on continuing to deepen my skillset in treating OCD and eating disorders.
It is very important to me that cultural and personal identity is considered and integrated into every personalized treatment plan. I strive to incorporate cultural humility into my practice. I have experience treating people from diverse backgrounds, especially those from Appalachia and rural communities.
