Connect and build community with others who understand the experience of living with Contamination & Disgust-based OCD. Find support, share insights and learn alongside others who get it. This is an 8-week online support group and book club focused on contamination & disgust-based OCD. We will meet every-other Tuesday from 5pm-6:15pm starting on January 12th, 2027. Guided exploration of the book The Contamination OCD Workbook: How to Break Free of Contamination Using a Mastery Approach by Richard S. Gallagher. Group is offered to clients in Oregon & Washington.
