Description:

Evidence Based Treatment Collaborative has helped individuals with OCD and related disorders since 2011. We provide specialized treatment for children, adolescents, and adults at 6 locations, including Northern Virginia, and through telehealth. Our clinicians use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a first-line, research-supported therapy for OCD, and tailor each treatment plan to your specific obsessions, compulsions, and goals. That includes less visible presentations such as mental rituals, reassurance seeking, and intrusive thoughts. Treatment is structured and collaborative, and we track symptoms from the first session so you can see your progress. We offer some home visits, and many clients travel from outside the area to complete weekly intensive treatment. To ask about availability, contact us at info@ebtcollaborative.com.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We offer comprehensive DBT programming, RO- DBT, and eating disorder treatment

Diversity Statement:

Evidence Based Treatment Collaborative is committed to providing respectful, inclusive care to every individual and family we serve. Because effective ERP depends on understanding what matters most to each person, we tailor treatment to each client’s cultural background, faith, identity, family context, and values. We approach each client with curiosity rather than assumptions, collaborate on exposure goals that fit their life, and welcome questions and feedback about their care. Our team strives to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel safe, understood, and supported throughout treatment, whether in our offices, through telehealth, or in the community.

All clinicians with our group have successfully completed cultural competency training.

Since 2011, our team has treated OCD and related disorders across six locations and through telehealth, serving children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients travel from outside our area for intensive treatment, and we welcome people from a wide range of cultural, religious, and family backgrounds. We tailor every treatment plan to the individual, so exposure goals reflect each person’s values and daily life.
