The Anxiety Center is an integrated behavioral health clinic specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions. We provide evidence-based care for children (ages 10+), adolescents, and adults across our Cincinnati, Dayton, and Indianapolis locations, with both in-person and virtual options available.
What makes our program unique is our Integrated NeuroHealth model, which combines psychotherapy, psychiatry, and advanced treatments under one roof. This coordinated care approach reduces gaps in treatment and allows for highly individualized care plans based on each client’s needs. Clients can access one service or multiple services depending on clinical fit, and we regularly coordinate with outside therapists, psychiatrists, schools, and medical providers to support continuity of care.
Our levels of care include outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), medication management, and advanced treatments including TMS, ketamine, and Spravato. Our clinical team includes licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, TMS specialists, and case management support to ensure comprehensive care.
We accept most commercial insurance plans, along with Medicaid, Medicare, and TRICARE, helping increase access to specialized treatment.
Treatment of Co-occurring Conditions:
Yes. We commonly address co-occurring depression, trauma-related symptoms, panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, tic-related symptoms, emotion dysregulation, and related functional impairment. Treatment planning is individualized while maintaining focus on reducing OCD symptoms and compulsive behavior.
Diversity Statement:
Our organization is committed to fostering a culturally responsive, inclusive, and equitable environment for all individuals we serve. We recognize and respect the diverse backgrounds, identities, values, and experiences of our clients, staff, and community partners. Our practice emphasizes dignity, accessibility, and person-centered care by promoting ongoing cultural competence training, reducing barriers to service, and ensuring that policies and interactions are inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination.
Our clinicians receive ongoing training and supervision related to evidence-based treatment, cultural humility, family systems, and the impact of identity, language, religion, immigration, socioeconomic stressors, and community context on care. Our team includes bilingual clinicians and staff, and we regularly work with diverse clients across age, race, ethnicity, faith backgrounds, sexual orientation, gender identity, and socioeconomic status. Treatment is individualized to respect each client’s values while maintaining fidelity to ERP and other evidence-based interventions.
The Anxiety Center serves clients from diverse communities across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and PSYPACT-participating states. We provide services to children, adolescents, adults, college students, professionals, and families, including Spanish-speaking and immigrant families. Our clinical model emphasizes culturally responsive assessment, collaboration with families and schools when appropriate, and attention to barriers such as stigma, transportation, insurance access, and language. We aim to provide specialized OCD and anxiety treatment that is accessible, respectful, and aligned with each client’s lived experience.
