Many employers give back to charities through workplace giving campaigns, offering a variety of ways to support organizations like the IOCDF. Here’s how you can make an even greater impact with your donation:
Matching Gifts
Did you know that many donations are eligible to be matched by the donor’s employer? Many companies offer matching gift programs for employees who donate to 501(c)(3) nonprofits like the IOCDF. Some even extend these benefits to spouses or retirees! Matching gifts provide a unique opportunity to double or even triple the impact of your donation to the IOCDF.

United Way Campaigns
The United Way of America is a non-profit organization that works with more than 1,200 local United Way offices throughout the country in a coalition of charitable organizations to pool efforts in fundraising and support. The focus of United Way is identifying and resolving pressing community issues, as well as making measurable changes in the communities through partnerships with schools, government agencies, businesses, organized labor, financial institutions, community development corporations, voluntary and neighborhood associations, the faith community, and others.
Many companies and local businesses around the country hold annual United Way campaigns. Did you know that you may designate a charity to receive your United Way gift, even if they are not located in your local community? Speak with your Human Resource representative or contact your local United Way to find out how you can help the IOCDF through your paycheck donation. The International OCD Foundation's United Way code is 10554.
Point-of-Sale Fundraising
Point-of-sale fundraising campaigns - ‘rounding-up’ in-store purchases - raised nearly $749 million in the United States in 2022 alone. These donations enable supporters to give while they shop, helping to support our mission of ensuring no one impacted by OCD or related disorders suffers alone. Does your workplace participate in point-of-sale fundraising campaigns? Speak with your workplace giving representative to find out how your workplace can help support the IOCDF through point-of-sale fundraising.
