Holly Betterly, MD

Narrative of Services:

Dr. Betterly is a physician and double board-certified psychiatrist whose practice is dedicated to treating OCD, anxiety, and depression. Approximately half of her practice is made up of patients diagnosed with OCD.

She is committed to providing evidence-based care for OCD, with an emphasis on treatment modalities backed by research. She provides medication management, and provides referrals to specialized therapists for ERP.

Training Description:

Dr. Betterly completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama, followed by medical school at Temple University School of Medicine. After graduating with her MD, she completed Psychiatry Residency at Temple University Hospital, where she was selected to serve as a Chief Resident during her final year of training. She then completed a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Miami. She is dedicated to continuing education to stay up to date on the latest treatments, and has completed over 35 credit hours of training in OCD and related disorders in 2026.
