Narrative of Services:
I own and operate a private telehealth practice serving adults, with a specialized focus on OCD and anxiety disorders, alongside trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, emotion dysregulation, and working with transgender and gender diverse individuals.

My background as a psychotherapist informs my approach to medication management, enabling deeper collaboration and a nuanced understanding of your needs and goals. I provide comprehensive clinical assessments to optimize the efficacy of treatment so we can get you feeling better as soon as possible.
Training Description:
I am a dually board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience providing mental health care. I am trained in a wide range of research-backed treatment modalities, informed by experience in community health, private practice, and leading academic medical centers, including McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. My current focus is on medication management for OCD and anxiety disorders.
