Narrative of Services:

I have training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and rumination-focused ERP (RF-ERP), as well as training in ACT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR. Approximately 50% of my current caseload consists of young adults and adults with OCD and/or related disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach that incorporates ERP and other therapeutic modalities based on each client’s needs. Together, we identify treatment goals and determine the appropriate pacing and approach to exposures while also addressing the client’s broader goals and needs.

Training Description:

I have completed numerous continuing education courses focused on OCD, including training in ERP, rumination-focused ERP (RF-ERP), and inference-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (I-CBT). For the past two years, approximately half of my clients have been young adults or adults with OCD and/or related disorders.
