Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety concerns, with a particular focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. I work with individuals experiencing intrusive thoughts, mental compulsions, rumination, scrupulosity, relationship OCD, existential OCD, and other OCD presentations. I also have a particular interest in working with individuals from Christian and other faith backgrounds who struggle with OCD. Treatment is individualized and incorporates evidence-based approaches to help clients develop greater tolerance for uncertainty and move toward meaningful, values-based living.

Training Description:

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have clinical experience treating OCD and anxiety using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My clinical background includes graduate work followed by work in private practice. My approach emphasizes evidence-based OCD treatment, helping clients respond differently to intrusive thoughts, reduce compulsions, and build tolerance for uncertainty. I have a particular clinical interest in scrupulosity and supporting individuals whose OCD intersects with their faith.
