Narrative of Services:
My practice provides evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety disorders, and ADHD, with approximately 50% of my caseload dedicated to OCD and related disorders. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for OCD, supporting clients in tolerating discomfort and pursuing value-driven lives. For ADHD, I offer structured interventions and compassionate care to build adaptive strategies and reduce shame. I. also employ a relational approach, focusing on analyzing attachment styles, interpersonal dynamics, and emotional regulation to foster insight and promote psychological well-being.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
The treatment structure for anxiety disorders is similar to that used for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), focusing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills to help individuals tolerate discomfort while continuing to pursue a value-driven life. In working with clients with ADHD, I take a more structured approach by identifying specific areas of difficulty and collaboratively developing adaptive strategies to navigate personal and environmental challenges in order to achieve desired outcomes. Throughout this process, I emphasize the importance of compassionate care and empathy, actively addressing and countering the shame and guilt that often accompany living with ADHD.
Training Description:
I graduated from Simmons University in May 2025 and obtained my LCSW in July 2025. I am currently accruing clinical hours toward my LICSW under the supervision of Julia Hale, LICSW, at Soultality Center for Psychotherapy in Harvard Square. My experience includes working at the McLean Hospital OCD Institute from 2021 to 2026, where I coached clients in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and supported individuals with OCD and related disorders. Additionally, I have completed specialized virtual ERP training through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), further enhancing my competency in treating OCD.
