Narrative of Services:

Our practice has 10 counselors with various specialties and therefore we serve a wide variety of clinical concerns. My supervisor who works at our practice specializes in OCD and anxiety disorders, and I am seeking to specialize in this area as well.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I offer CBT and ERP therapy for all anxiety disorders. When there is co-occuring ADHD, I also offer Executive Functioning Skills Coaching as helpful to meet client goals.

Training Description:

I have been trained in ERP by my supervisor who received specialized training under the supervision of Dr. Alec Pollard. I have also attended multiple IOCDF conferences online, in addition to independent learning. I have been seeing OCD patients since my internship in graduate school.
