Narrative of Services:

Hi there! Meet Nicole 🙂

Nicole offers tailored therapeutic support for individuals who live with OCD & struggle with intrusive thoughts & anxious rumination. She combines evidence-based treatment with genuine warmth and compassion, helping clients better understand what OCD has cost them & what it means to take back control & live an authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling life. She strives to create an approachable, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable challenging shame and internalized guilt while working towards lasting change. Nicole specializes in OCD & Related disorders with 90% of her practice dedicated to helping treat OCD.

Training Description:

Nicole completed an eight month Masters level practicum at the Fredrick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre, Canada’s only treatment centre specializing in OCD & Related Disorders. She spent her time learning from leading OCD researchers in the field and presented prior research on how to adopt an Islam-Sensitive Approach towards OCD treatment & intervention. Nicole helped co-facilitate CBT & DBT groups for OCD treatment and participated in the centre’s Mindfulness, Life Skills, & ACT groups for OCD. She has completed various OCD-specific Sheppard Pratt workshops on treating OCD & is set to attend the 2026 IOCDF Conference for ongoing training.
