Narrative of Services:

This practice offers treatment for OCD and other anxiety related disorders. Additionally, there are ERP support groups, caretaker groups, and Narrative Therapy groups for those looking to for complimentary support or looking to connect with peers who can relate more with what they are feeling & going through.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Treatment structure varies but will typically consist of a combination of ERP, ACT, and CBT while providing psychoeducation over both symptoms and how they may be interacting with each other.

Training Description:

I have treated OCD patients for approximately 18 months. I first started working with the OCD population in 2024 at the OCD Institute of Texas as a Residential Counselor, and after passing the competency exam and getting to learn more about what treatment and support looks like, I started to work at OATH Therapy as a clinician in 2025 to continue serving and be directly involved with treatment planning.

Diversity Statement:

Within the OCD population, I am able to see a diverse array of clients from multiple backgrounds, and specifically, I am able to cater to those whose culture does not recognize or accept OCD as a diagnosis. I am able to validate their feelings and experiences that are otherwise shunned or disregarded due to cultural stereotypes/norms, and make it a priority to ensure that my clients are heard, and that they understand that this will be a team effort during their treatment.

Throughout my time as a clinician, both inside and outside of the OCD population, I have always seen a diverse array of clients from all different backgrounds and make it a priority to understand one’s upbringing and cultural norms to better understand and assist them during treatment.

Treatment Groups:

Next Level Narrative: a 5 week closed Narrative Therapy group designed for those who feel as if their symptoms have become their identity and is ready to put the main focus back on their values. $25 per group session. Learn more about registration at www.oaththerapy.com Time and Date are TBD.
