Narrative of Services:

I am a clinician at Soultality Center for Psychotherapy, a group practice specializing in OCD, anxiety and related disorders. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and hold a deep interest in the intersections of OCD with trauma, culture, and race, while welcoming individuals of all backgrounds seeking support. My approach is collaborative and client centered, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and trauma-informed care. I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) from a culturally humble, ACT-informed framework, helping clients move toward lives guided by their values rather than by fear, doubt, or compulsions.

Training Description:

I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and began my training in exposure-based treatment for obsessive compulsive behaviors, PTSD, and anxiety during my clinical internship. Since then, I’ve continued to grow in my work by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bridge research and practice. I receive supervision from experienced clinicians who specialize in OCD treatment, and I am dedicated to ongoing learning and regularly pursue opportunities to expand my clinical knowledge and skills.

Diversity Statement:

I identify as Nigerian-American 1.5 generation immigrant, and my lived experience deeply informs my clinical work and dedication to cultural humility. I have spent years engaging in psychosocial clinical and research work, exploring culture, migration, identity, and their impact on emotional wellbeing. I value working with clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, gender, sexual, and migrant backgrounds.
