- Conversion fee: $100 for ads not submitted print-ready

Advertising Policies
Right of Refusal: The IOCDF may accept or decline any advertisement or terminate an agreement if the content is deemed inconsistent with the organization’s mission, ethics, or professional standards.
Reservation Maximum: Advertisers are limited to reserving a maximum of two (2) advertising spaces per edition, and they must be one (1) digital and one (2) print.
Payment: Invoices must be fully paid by the deadlines listed above. Unpaid ad space may be reassigned.
Artwork Deadline: Artwork must be submitted by each issue’s deadline. Late artwork may result in forfeited ad space.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the artwork deadline for a full refund. Cancellations made after this point are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Endorsement Notice
Publication of an advertisement, either print or digital, in the OCD Newsletter does not constitute endorsement by the IOCDF. The IOCDF reserves the right to label ads with “advertisement.”
