I provide therapy to children, adolescents, & adults who struggle with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, and trauma. I began training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) in 2023 and provide ERP & ACT to treat OCD. When appropriate to the client’s needs, I incorporate mindful self compassion & other evidence based methods like TF-CBT. About 60% of my caseload includes individuals with OCD receiving ERP. The other 40% of my practice consists of clients with anxiety & trauma. I offer telehealth to California and Florda residents & in person sessions in West LA and Encino.

Worked at Community West (IOP/PHP) where I recieved ERP and ACT training for OCD

I am a Jewish American and, due to my practice location, serve a large Jewish population.
In graduate school, treating culturally diverse populations was woven throughout all of my course curriculum. As an MFT Trainee, I worked in a low-cost, school-based program providing services to at-risk and underserved students living in Los Angeles. During my associateship, I worked for a Jewish-affiliated group providing free therapy services to college students from all backgrounds.
