I provide individual therapy for clients across the lifespan. My practice primarily focuses on the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. I specialize in ERP and CBT, and I utilize a flexible, integrative approach when clinically appropriate. In addition to standard outpatient services, I offer more intensive or higher-frequency care when indicated to support clients with more severe or impairing symptoms. I also work with parents of children with OCD using the SPACE model. I prioritize a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to provide a collaborative, transparent, and empowering treatment environment.
I have experience working with co-occurring conditions, including eating disorders, depression, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias across the lifespan.
I am a school-clinical psychologist with a PsyD from Hofstra University. I am licensed in NY, NJ and provide telehealth services to clients in PSYPACT participating states. I completed postdoctoral training in OCD at The Reeds Center, a practice specializing in evidence-based treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. I also completed my predoctoral internship in a university counseling setting, which strengthened my experience working with anxiety, OCD, and related presentations in young adults. I have received specialized training and ongoing supervision from experts in the OCD field.
I have had the privilege of training and working in highly diverse urban settings across New York City and New Jersey. I value and respect diversity in all forms, including race, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic background, and view it as an essential part of clinical work. My commitment to culturally responsive care is an integral part of my clinical practice.
