Lacy’s treatment entails the exploration of problems, thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors using empirical-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure/Response Prevention, Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Relapse Prevention for addictions.
Lacy’s practice consists of 75% of individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders.
Lacy obtained a Masters in Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2007. Her licenses and certifications include: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. Lacy also completed the IOCDF BTTI training in 2013 and attained the Maternal Mental Health certificate in 2021.
Lacy has been a LMHC since 2012 and has experience in treating individuals, couples, veterans, and the perinatal population. Lacy’s specialties include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, addictions, and perinatal mental health challenges.
