Narrative of Services:
Practice offers counseling for patient suffering with Anxiety, OCD, Mood disorders, PTSD and co-occurring disorders. Most of the patients seeking counseling in our practice have anxiety disorders or increased anxiety and one third struggles with OCD.
Co-occurring depression and other mood disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, substance use disorder, PTSD. Treatment begins with a thorough assessment of the triggers and of the obsession, the resultant compulsions, and ratings of the distress caused by both the obsession and if they are prevented from performing the compulsion. A series of exposures are carefully planned through collaboration between the therapist and client or family. Exposures then implemented both in session and as homework in between sessions.

I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist and provided counseling for children, adults and adolescents with OCD problems and worked under supervision of board certified psychiatrist treating anxiety and OCD. Psychiatrist was affiliated with Linden Oaks an Hart Grove Hospitals, IL.
I provide counseling in Lithuanian and culturally sensitive counseling for multicultural populations and minorities. Our practice accepts clients from various cultural backgrounds (Eastern Europe, Asia, Arabic, Hispanic, African-American).
I took multicultural training and I am active member of Multicultural psychotherapy stusy group at Psychoanalysis Instituto of Chicago for over 5 years.
