Narrative of Services:
I treat primarily anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. I have been treating OCD for 25 years and have seen ERP work very effectively for people who are struggling with this disorder.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I treat anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD. I use CBT and, for PTSD, CPT primarily. I encourage collaboration with your medication prescribers, if any.
Training Description:
I have attended several continuing education sessions in treatment of OCD through APA and IOCDF. I attended the Behavior Therapy Training Institute
Diversity Statement:
I work frequently with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and have also treated many BIPOC clients. I have attended many trainings to enhance my skills in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community members. I have worked with a number of clients who belong to these demographic groups and am dedicated to providing a safe space for all my clients.
