Narrative of Services:

I provide individual therapy to adults with OCD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and stress related to life transitions and relationships. I primarily use CBT, including ERP, to treat OCD and anxiety disorders, and tend to incorporate techniques from ACT and Mindfulness into my work with OCD and anxiety.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to treating OCD, I treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder and related anxiety disorders, including Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Specific Phobias. I also treat Major Depressive Disorder and related mood disorders, including Dysthymia, PMDD, and Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Training Description:

I received my master’s degree in clinical social work from The Catholic University of America. My training and background primarily includes working with clients with OCD and anxiety. I have experience utilizing ERP and other forms of CBT to treat OCD and anxiety disorders. I have completed the IOCDF’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute and have attended and continue to look out for and attend various workshops and trainings specifically on OCD and anxiety disorders in order to reinforce and further my knowledge of these disorders and the effective evidence-based treatments for them.
