Narrative of Services:

I offer outpatient individual therapy services and have multiple years of treating patients with majority OCD and anxiety related disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For eating disorders my approach is team based care with a dietician.

Training Description:

Graduate training was completed at Boston University and McLean Hospital. I have been treating OCD for 4 years both in higher levels of care and at a specialty outpatient clinic. I have completed a 4 day CBI training on ERP as well as Pediatric BTTI through IOCDF as well as follow up consultation with Dr. Wagner.

Diversity Statement:

I have a social work and public health background and feel confident in navigating and managing cultural considerations in treatment especially as it relates to the LGBTQ+ community and racial identities. I led LGTBQ+ support groups in higher levels of care and aim to be queer affirming in my practice.
