Narrative of Services:

I have been working with clients with anxiety disorders for the last 7 years and more specifically OCD for over 3 years. The majority of clients in my practice struggle with anxiety, including OCD. I am trained in utilizing evidenced-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and positive psychology. I also utilize creative arts therapy with clients that would benefit.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My number one goal is to make sure my clients feel safe and supported whether to process life events or overcome mental health struggles. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, mood, and trauma disorders, as well as supporting clients through medical challenges and grief. I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community and provide gender and queer affirming care.

I provide person-centered care uniquely tailored to the needs of my clients, offering both typical talk therapy as well as creative arts therapy.

Training Description:

I have over 3 years experience treating OCD clients and have been trained by counselors and psychologist in the field. I have completed PANS/PANDAS specific training as well as ERP trainings.

Diversity Statement:

It is my belief that everyone is entitled to quality care for their mental health and well-being. If you have experienced difficulty connecting to a therapist in the past or are looking to try something new, I may be the right therapist for you!
