Narrative of Services:

I offer exposure and response prevention for individuals with OCD and other anxiety disorders. I also incorporate CBT and ACT into treatment. About 60-75% of my caseload has OCD and I have been successful in reducing symptoms for children and adults with a variety of themes.

Training Description:

I have completed formal training in ERP through THRIVE and have specialized in treating OCD since 2025. In addition to specialized training, I have attended anxiety treatment training for adolescents, and training through CalmMind and Penn State. I am always seeking out additional learning opportunities on OCD and anxiety through resources from experts in the field.
