I received a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Development from UW-Madison. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 15 years and specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders (i.e., OCD, GAD, etc). I utilize an interpersonal approach to treatment using therapeutic techniques including CBT, ERP, Person-Centered Approaches, etc. I am also a certified Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapist. I have had training opportunities through various organizations including Rogers Behavioral Health.
