Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in the assessment and treatment of OCD and anxiety-related disorders. Over 90% of my caseload is focused on OCD. I have treated a wide range of individuals with OCD including children, adolescents, and adults, and frequently work with complex cases involving co-occurring anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, and mood disorders. Services include Intensive Treatment Programs, individual sessions, extended sessions, and group services using evidence-based approaches such as ERP, I-CBT, ACT, MCT, and EMDR for trauma.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat OCD alongside commonly co-occurring conditions including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety, specific phobias, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related symptoms. Treatment is structured and individualized, using evidence-based approaches such as ERP and I-CBT, with ACT, MCT, and EMDR integrated when clinically appropriate. My work emphasizes diagnostic clarity and helping clients distinguish which symptoms belong to OCD versus co-occurring conditions, so treatment stays targeted, effective, and aligned with the client’s specific presentation.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of clinical experience. I draw on my extensive experience, education, and training to treat OCD and other anxiety disorders in adults and adolescents. I have received formal training and continued bi weekly consultation from OCD Training School.

Diversity Statement:

My practice serves a client population through in-person and telehealth services across multiple states. I work with individuals from varied racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds, including neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. I approach treatment with cultural humility and collaboration, adapting evidence-based OCD care to align with each person’s values, lived experience, and belief systems. I also consider how family systems and broader life context influence symptoms and recovery.

Prior to specializing in OCD and anxiety, I worked as a clinical therapist on an inpatient psychiatric unit for adolescents with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. This role required supporting clients in acute crisis while working closely with families as part of treatment. I also provided in-home therapy for at-risk individuals and their families, which strengthened my ability to deliver care that is flexible, family-informed, and responsive to complex social, cultural, and environmental factors.

Treatment Groups:

I offer two OCD-focused groups. The I-CBT Virtual Skills Group is a structured 16-week program for adults (18+) using or familiar with I-CBT, helping you practice modules, apply skills to real-life obsessive doubt, and build confidence alongside others. The OCD Support Group is a monthly, in-person group for adults living in Arizona actively working on OCD recovery who want connection, insight, and strategy as they navigate symptoms.
