Narrative of Services:

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of OCD, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. I provide individual outpatient therapy with a large emphasis on exposure and response prevention (ERP), a highly effective, researched treatment for OCD. My clinical style is warm, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I take the time to understand my clients’ experiences as well as the tangible, lasting change they want and deserve. I love helping clients not only reduce their suffering but also thrive.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat a range of co-occuring problems, including: depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, specific phobias, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder.

I provide care using evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I have provided treatment for OCD for the past 11 years and have supervised over a dozen student clinicians providing OCD treatment since specializing. I am passionate about providing effective, personalized, evidence-based care for OCD.
