Narrative of Services:

Sarah almost exclusively works with clients who struggle with OCD. It is so misunderstood how debilitating OCD can be and Sarah feels privileged to be able to use the gold standard of OCD treatment (ERP) to help folks get their lives back.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Sarah has years of experience Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD and Anxiety disorders.

Training Description:

Sarah is trained in ERP, EMDR, MI, and Sandplay therapy and serves on the Hawaii Service Area Board for Mental Health. She has presented at national conferences and is published in the Journal of Sandplay Therapy
