I am a private practitioner that solely focuses on the treatment of OCD and other anxiety-based disorders. I also have experience in treating co-occurring disorders including ADHD, GAD, OCPD and ASD.
I treat co-occurring OCD alongside anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, grief, and perfectionistic or rigid personality traits, including OCPD. Treatment is individualized and structured using evidence-based approaches including ERP, CBT, and ACT, while adapting for neurodivergence, emotional regulation needs, and executive functioning challenges. Sessions focus on reducing compulsions and avoidance, building psychological flexibility, strengthening coping skills, and improving daily functioning and quality of life.
I have completed both training and supervision portions of BTTI through the IOCDF. Also, I regularly complete continuing education workshops through the IOCDF.
I have completed ethics and cultural competency training from my time at Buena Vista University while completing my Master’s degree. I continue to remain up-to-date in this topic via continuing education as offered.
