Narrative of Services:
My practice is inclusive and welcoming to individuals from all backgrounds. I began specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) two years ago, and currently, about 25% of my clients receive care for OCD and related conditions. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for individuals aged 14 and older. Most major insurance plans are accepted, along with select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). In addition to OCD, I also provide treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
Training Description:

I am a licensed clinical social worker and a certified 500-hour yoga teacher. I began specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) approximately 2 years ago and completed the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in April 2025. In addition, I have attended specialized conferences focused on Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and participated in the IOCDF Annual Conference in 2024 and 2025.

I remain committed to ongoing professional development, continually expanding my knowledge and skills in the treatment of OCD and related disorders. I established my private practice in 2018, where I integrate evidence-based practices.

The goal of my practice is to create a safe, welcoming space for all clients.
As a seasoned licensed clinical social worker, I have completed numerous cultural competency trainings throughout my career and remain committed to ongoing professional development in this area. I actively continue to expand my understanding of cultural competency, and provide services that embrace diversity, inclusivity and equity in my practice. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and work with a diverse range of clients, including teens (ages 14 and up), college students, and adults across the lifespan.
