I have maintained a large case load of 50% or more clients with OCD for 9+ years and have treated hundreds of clients, and supervised and consulted on many more cases. Much of the rest of my caseload is anxiety disorders, trauma, and especially folks with multiple diagnoses or complex clinical situations. I also do both general and formal assessment.

Treatment always starts with an intake and assessment process that helps me to clarify with the client the various conditions that might impact them and where we should start treatment. Some conditions are treated concurrently with OCD (often PTSD) and some are treated after OCD. Some comorbidities might require modifications made to treatment that are appropriate if needed.

I have worked with OCD at a high volume for 9+ years. I did my Ex/RP training through CTSA and consulted with many many providers including my supervisors during my provisional training (University of Alberta) and afterward. I currently provide supervision, consultation, and training in the assessment and treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders.

I do quite a lot of work with gender and sexual minorities and many of my clients are queer/trans.
