Narrative of Services:

I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing OCD and related anxiety disorders, with a focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also provide EMDR therapy for individuals experiencing trauma and related concerns.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We will work together to develop a treatment plan individualized to your clinical needs.

Training Description:

I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa and my Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience treating a wide range of concerns and diagnoses. I have developed a particular passion for treating OCD and completed Pediatric BTTI training through the IOCDF in December 2025. I am also an EMDRIA Certified Therapist with extensive experience treating trauma and related concerns using EMDR.
