Narrative of Services:

In my practice, I provide evidence-based treatments for adults and adolescents with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. I have worked with clients with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders for over 10 years.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I am passionate about integrating exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I work as a team with my clients to identify their primary goals for therapy and create a plan to help them achieve those goals.

Training Description:

I have extensive training and experience in evidence-based treatments for those with anxiety, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress, among other concerns. My expertise in these areas developed during my doctoral training at Temple University where I trained in the Adult Anxiety Clinic at Temple (AACT), and in the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD through my training at Penn.

Diversity Statement:

For those with eating or body image related concerns, I work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and strive to provide care that is inclusive and respectful of all identities.
