Narrative of Services:

I am the owner and founder of a group therapy practice which provides child, teen and adult therapy. Our main specialty and focus is treating OCD and related disorders, including every subtype of OCD, phobias and BFRB’s. We offer sessions in person, via teletherapy, as well as sessions and exposure therapy in your home or the community.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I am dually credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor. Treatment with a substance use disorder and OCD involves a combination of ERP and Motivational Interviewing. In treatment we will focus on both trauma and triggers attached to use, as well as exposure therapy.

Training Description:

I have worked in mental healthcare for 17 years, and specialize in treating OCD and related disorders with exposure and response prevention (ERP.) I received intensive training in OCD and ERP from the University of Pennsylvania Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety. I have also been trained by the IOCDF, and participate in ongoing advanced consultation groups, as well as continuing education.

Diversity Statement:

My practice is committed to providing therapy service to individuals from every racial, religious and spiritual background. We welcome and invite individuals of every gender identity to seek services with us.
