Narrative of Services:

Approximately half of my practice is focused on the assessment and treatment of OCD. I train and supervise graduate students wanting to learn CBT, ERP, and I-CBT for OCD, and the students offer reduced cost and prob biono counselling.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We offer CBT, I_CBT, and ACT for co-occuring OCD and other concerns siuch as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD.

Training Description:

I have been treating OCD since 2010. I have graduate school training, attended workshops, and sought supervision in the field. I recently completed Inference based CBT (I-CBT) training and am very interested in offering this treatment to clients that want an alternative to ERP.

Diversity Statement:

I employ a social justice approach in my work and life, acknowledging systemic oppression faced by people from diverse communities and the role this plays in mental health.

Our team at the North Shore CBT Centre is very diverse in terms of age, race, ability. gender identity, and sexual identity.
