Portland Anxiety Clinic, LLC is a treatment, research, and training clinic committed to helping people overcome OCD and related conditions. We provide effective treatment so people can live fuller and more meaningful lives. Our approach is active and focused on our patients’ individual needs, values, and specific life situations. 100% of our practice is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those who suffer from OCD and related conditions. We provide individual and group treatment. We are the only clinic in the state that offers an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program developed and run by doctorate level practitioners.

Specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention from University of Texas – Austin and Texas Child Study Center through graduate school. Continued training in Evidence-based practices from Oregon Health & Science University pediatric psychology internship program and Harold Schnitzer Diabetes Center pediatric psychology fellowship. Specialized training in transgender and gender-nonconforming care.

I have experience working with a wide-array of individuals and families from various backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and gender-nonconforming individuals. I have trained and worked with the Transgender Health Program at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
